The OYOANGLE studio made these flare pants to sit high on the waist and hold close through the hips and thighs before the leg opens into a bell. The mesh layered at the hem gives the hem a little movement. The fabric has some give, so it moves with you rather than against you. It is sheer, so plan a layer underneath. If you want a fully opaque trouser for daytime, this is not the one.
