In the studio we make this off-shoulder knit as a cropped sweatshirt, ribbed through with long cuffed sleeves and a raw edge at the neckline. It has some give, so it sits close without pinching, and the boxy shape keeps it from clinging. The crop will read short on anyone above average height, so taller frames should look at our longer sweaters instead.
