Pleated Going Out Skirt High Waisted Flared Short Skirt Party

We made this pleated, high-waisted mini for nights you actually want to dress up for. The flare moves with you instead of against you, and the stretch in the fabric keeps the waist from digging in after a big dinner. It does not work for a long, lean silhouette though: the pleats and the short hem read young, and if you want a skirt that falls past mid-thigh this one will not get there.
