We cut this one for fuller figures, and the smocked panel up top gives it some give so it settles over the bust without pulling. The square neck and short puff sleeves keep the shoulder line soft, and the ruffle along the A-line hem moves when you walk. It is not the dress to reach for if you want a long hem or a sleeve that covers the upper arm past the elbow.
