Plus Size Cargo Pants Elastic High Waisted Ruched Parachute

In the studio we made these cargo pants for a high waist that holds without pinching, with an elastic band that lets the ruched fabric settle the way you want it. The cut runs from XX-Large Plus upward, and the side flap pockets actually fit a phone. The fabric has some give, so they move with you, but the drape stays cropped and a little blousy at the ankle. If you want a slim leg through the calf, this is not the pair.
